Attorney Miller is a member of the Academy’s Board of Governors and he regularly attends specialized and advanced training by the experts in the Academy Education Department several times a year. He is the author of numerous published articles on elder law and estate planning matters and is the co-author of two books, 39 Common Questions Consumers Have About Estate Planning in Massachusetts and A Will Is Not Enough in Massachusetts.
