Danielle and Andrew Mayoras, husband-and-wife legacy expert attorneys, are hosts of the national television special, Trial & Heirs: Protect Your Family Fortune!, which airs on PBS affiliates around the country.  The charismatic duo has appeared on the Rachael Ray Show, Forbes, ABC’s Live Well Network, and Fox and NBC affiliates, and they have a monthly Trial & Heirs segment on FOX 2 Detroit.  Danielle and Andrew are respected media resources and have lent their expertise and analysis to hundreds of media sources, including The Associated Press, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Kiplinger, and The Washington Post, among many others.  

With their popular Trial & Heirs Blog, they discuss the latest celebrity estate cases with tips to help families and professionals.  Danielle and Andrew also are regular contributors for Forbes.com, Financial-Planning.com and other websites.  

As dynamic keynote speakers, Danielle and Andrew delight audiences nationwide with highly-entertaining and informative presentations, dishing the dirt on celebrity estate battles while dispensing important legal information to help people avoid family fights among their heirs.

Danielle transitioned from her thriving client practice in estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning to focus on educating families and professionals throughout the country on these important areas of the law.

Andrew concentrates his law practice on contested legal issues affecting seniors, caregivers, and their families, including probate litigation, disputes involving wills, trusts and estates, guardianships and conservatorships, and exploitation of the elderly. 

The couple met while attending the prestigious University of Michigan Law School.  Together, they helped co-found The Center for Elder Law, The Center for Special Needs Planning, and The Center for Probate Litigation.  They spend their free time with their 9-year old son and 7-year old boy/girl twins.
